Questions
FAQ
What counts as a monitor?
Each checked target — a URL, host, port or domain — counts as one monitor, regardless of how many regions check it.
Do I need a credit card for the trial?
No. Signup includes a 14-day Pro trial with no card; if you don't subscribe, your account simply drops to the Free plan.
What payment methods do you accept?
The hosted checkout currently offers payment in BRL. It shows the available payment method before you confirm the subscription.
What's a private probe?
A Docker container you run inside your own infrastructure. It monitors internal services and gives you your network's own point of view alongside our global probes.
Can I change plans anytime?
Use the billing page to start a trial, subscribe or switch to Free. Your current plan and subscription status are shown before the change.
What happens if I exceed my plan limits?
Nothing breaks. Existing monitors keep running exactly as before — creating new ones beyond the limit requires an upgrade.
